About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise and train individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Work closely with the Case Manager and Program Manager to develop individuals' skills and foster independence
  • Complete required documentation
  • Use established methodology to achieve client goals and track progress
  • Provide care, supervision, instruction and/or job coaching in person, remotely or in the community
  • Participate in weekly online videos
  • Develop activities, curriculum and schedules for in-person or remote programming
  • Assist the Case Manager with implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)/Individual Habilitation Components (IHCs)
  • Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, feeding and ambulation needs as needed
  • Evaluate and document individuals' progress through daily charting and log notes in client electronic files
