About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide ongoing training in all builder/lender divisions within the assigned territory
- Promote WIA services and benefits to clients and their customers
- Manage a portfolio of homebuilding and mortgage-affiliated clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service needs, inquiries, and relationship management
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain CFPB, RESPA, and mortgage industry regulatory compliance
- Assist in managing marketing materials and promotional items
- Print and mail marketing materials to clients
- Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
- Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues or escalating complex matters
- Attend all scheduled meetings
- Visit clients in designated or targeted territories according to road map requirements
- Create and distribute monthly touch-points for all clients
- Educate clients on the insurance industry, insurance carriers, and current capacity
- Travel to various locations as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two to three years experience in Insurance Sales, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Current Property & Casualty Agent’s license (or ability to obtain one)
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products for multiple states and carriers
- Experience with Department of Insurance state specific solicitation and selling regulations
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Good computer skills experience with Windows based programs
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work assignments
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to take action with minimal direction
- Ability to travel frequently (50% or more of time)
- Ability to operate personal computer equipment for six to eight hours daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
