About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the embedded Scrum Master for Platform Architecture and Infrastructure.
- Push back on stakeholders and convene cross-team prioritization sessions.
- Protect Platform Architecture and Infrastructure capacity from competing top-down requests.
- Partner with both teams to reduce the PR release-approval bottleneck.
- Run and coach planning, standup, retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Tailor facilitation and training to each team's needs and maturity.
- Provide informal lead guidance and mentorship to Scrum Masters across the organization.
- Report on team health, blockers, and adherence to the strategic Agile plan to the Heads of Agile.
- Establish recurring cross-stakeholder prioritization and roll out tailored coaching plans.
