Key responsibilities & impact

Support supplier discovery for new co-manufacturing partners and ingredients
Run day-to-day procurement, including purchase orders, coordination, and order follow-up
Manage inventory levels across the co-manufacturer and logistics network
Balance product availability against working capital
Contribute to optimising working capital usage across the supply chain, including stock levels, payment terms, and order cadence
Eliminate repetitive supply-chain processes using LLMs and no-/low-code tools such as Claude and n8n
Work directly with the Supply Chain Manager and access the founders

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, buying, or operations
Strong academic background from a commercial or technical programme (e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar)
Fluent English
Confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, including building and maintaining trackers, supplier data, and simple forecasts
Exposure to demand forecasting, inventory management, or ERP/warehouse-management systems is nice to have, not a dealbreaker
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Claude, n8n, or similar; experience building something with these tools
Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and managing external partners
Highly detail-oriented and structured
Growth mindset and willingness to take on more responsibility quickly
