About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the preparation of reports, KPI analyses, launch metrics and presentations
- Maintain After Action Reviews (AARs), Trade Reports and social media monitoring accurately and consistently
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PR & Communications team
- Assist with planning, organisation and delivery of PR, influencer and event activities
- Research influencers and media contacts
- Support coordination and hosting of PR guests
- Collaborate with the PR & Communications team on ongoing projects and campaigns
- Communicate progress and support needs in a timely manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear and professional communicator, able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, influencers, media contacts and other stakeholders
- Structured, reliable and proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in reporting, social media monitoring and digital tools
- Fluent in German, written and verbal
- Good English skills, written and verbal
- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Genuine interest in PR, social media and the luxury retail industry
