About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, support, optimize, and continuously improve enterprise applications, business systems, and virtual infrastructure
- Ensure new and current systems remain reliable, current, properly licensed, well-documented, and aligned with vendor support requirements
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, asset tracking, vendor relationships, and end-of-life planning
- Maintain the virtual environment by ensuring servers, operating systems, and applications are routinely updated and patched
- Ensure systems are licensed, documented, and aligned with vendor requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing operational needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in system administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in administering enterprise applications and business systems
- Strong knowledge of virtual infrastructure and virtualization technologies
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
