About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Agile Product Manager to support product vision, roadmap priorities, and business outcomes
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring backlog priorities align with customer and business value
Translate features and priorities into clear user stories and maintain a high-quality backlog in Jira
Lead backlog refinement and support Program Increment (PI) planning activities
Collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA, UAT teams, and business stakeholders to enable predictable delivery
Monitor delivery, quality, utilization, and customer experience metrics to support continuous improvement
Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive product improvements and value realization
Support International Organisations Health backend products across Mainframe and Financial Services domains, including payments, billing, eligibility, finance operations, and related integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Strong English communication skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira or a similar tool
Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Experience within healthcare preferred
Ability to collaborate across regions and time zones
