About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver advanced analytics and decision support across Provider Relations
Help leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next
Develop, maintain, validate, and modernize data insights and reporting assets for the Accountable Relationship Tracker application
Deliver adherence, calibration, and quality analytics
Lead or participate in analyses and report, dashboard, and scorecard development
Deploy dashboards, data models, and operational scorecards using cloud, on-premises, and emerging AI tools
Collect, aggregate, and organize information across various technologies
Present dashboard, analytics research, and project results to stakeholders and leaders in planning and operations
Consult with and guide other analysts and developers
Recommend improvements to increase team efficiency and address data needs
Support and iterate on a centralized data lineage knowledge base

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Data or Business Analytics, Computer Science, or MIS preferred
5+ years’ experience within a Healthcare Analytics environment highly preferred
Strong proficiency with cloud SQL via AWS and Databricks required
Strong proficiency with data visualization using Tableau required
Experience using AI capabilities to accelerate delivery of operational data insights and trends
Experience consulting with cross-matrix operational partners and stakeholders
Ability to work across a global team and serve as a key point of contact
Knowledge of cloud (Databricks/AWS) schemas and SQL data harvesting
Ability to interpret ETL, SSIS, and ESP job packages/schedulers
Knowledge of on-prem SQL Server and Oracle databases
For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
