Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required; previous experience in a healthcare customer service call center strongly preferred
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, structured environment
  • Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
  • Commitment to attending 100% of training
  • Consistent attendance during the first 90 days
  • Maintain a distraction-free home workspace
  • Wired internet connectivity via Ethernet directly from modem to company-provided computer; Wi-Fi, mobile, or hotspot connections are not acceptable
  • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to work in one of the specified states: Texas, North Carolina, Indiana, South Carolina, Arizona, Pennsylvania, or Georgia
