Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience is required
  • Dedicated workspace with no distractions
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Programs
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and programs simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload for home working
  • Attend 100% of training and maintain perfect attendance during the first 90 days of employment
