Key responsibilities & impact

Develop scalable reporting solutions and dashboards providing visibility into cost, utilization, and network performance
Design and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Databricks, and Tableau
Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting strategies aligned with business priorities
Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and performance optimization
Establish data quality and validation frameworks
Train and guide stakeholders on data interpretation and self-service analytics
Deliver targeted analyses supporting business decisions and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data validation across multiple data sources
Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, or Finance (preferred)
Experience in healthcare analytics, including cost, utilization, or network performance analysis (preferred)
Familiarity with provider reimbursement models or network analytics (preferred)
Experience with AI-enabled analytics or process automation (preferred)
If working at home, internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
