About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced data science solutions aligned with business and clinical priorities
  • Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and AI capabilities
  • Translate complex data into insights and recommendations for business and technical stakeholders
  • Partner with IT, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions
  • Apply segmentation, regression, and time-series analysis to solve business problems
  • Create scalable data pipelines and leverage big data technologies
  • Present findings to senior leaders to influence strategy and decision-making
  • Provide thought leadership and mentor others on data science best practices and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Experience developing predictive models using regression, decision trees, or neural networks
  • Exposure to Apache Spark and cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and systems, such as claims data and ICD-10
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Home internet connection, if working at home, through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science (preferred)
  • Experience with GenAI and LLM technologies such as GPT, RAG, or vector databases (preferred)
  • Experience with Tableau (preferred)
