About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help specialty pharmacy patients obtain needed medication
  • Answer patient calls using training, problem-solving skills, and team support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Customer Service experience
  • Health care experience with knowledge of medical insurance and terminology is preferred
  • General PC knowledge including experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
