Key responsibilities & impact

Help specialty pharmacy patients coordinate medication needs and pharmacy insurance coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED required
Customer Service experience
Health care experience with knowledge of medical insurance and terminology preferred
General PC knowledge
Experience working with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home-based work
