About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with internal clients to assess needs, coordinate, design, develop, and deliver interactive learning solutions
  • Support the overall strategy and goals of Evernorth’s pharmacy
  • Create training solutions using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify employee performance or knowledge gaps
  • Serve as a learning consultant for process improvement initiatives, program changes, and mandated process modifications
  • Design engaging learning solutions using adult learning theory and fundamental training approaches
  • Create e-learning training, facilitation guides, course materials, training aids, self-led materials, and other training support materials using curriculum development tools
  • Test courseware in an LMS before delivery to ensure learner access and functionality
  • Monitor developments in training and instructional design and recommend curriculum and practice modifications
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ instructional design or learning consultant experience required
  • 2+ years’ proficient use of Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review) required
  • 2+ years’ experience in system and process training strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office and LMS applications
  • 4+ years' experience building relationships between teams or with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop training courses and supporting documentation
  • Experience conducting needs analysis and operations application functionality
  • Proven ability to identify customized strategies and tactics for success in training delivery
  • Understanding of adult learning techniques
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload for home working
