Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current RN license in good standing, licensed in the state of primary residence
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in case management, care coordination, or prior authorization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret healthcare data and apply insights
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Experience with value-based care models and population health strategies preferred
  • Proficiency in case management software and electronic health records (EHR) preferred
  • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
