About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing
- Triage and manage high-volume client calls
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues
- Contact healthcare professionals to gather required clinical or demographic information
- Support workflow during downtime
- Help secure emergency shift coverage
- Submit nightly shift reports
- Collect and document accurate patient medication histories
- Assist pharmacists
- Perform related clinical and administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
- National pharmacy technician certification
- 1+ year institutional pharmacy technician experience
- 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service skills
- IT troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools
- Ability to work overnights and/or weekends
- Ability to work a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule
- Ability to work either 9p–8a EST or 7p–6a EST shifts
- Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home-based work
