About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform call queue, data entry, or other pharmacy queue work typical of a registered pharmacy technician.
  • Translate prescriptions from prescribers and enter information into patient profiles in accordance with state regulations.
  • Work with pharmacists according to work instructions, policies, procedures, management direction, and national or state regulations.
  • Ensure quality assurance.
  • Report adverse events.
  • Assist with prescriber and patient outreach.
  • Provide support to providers and patients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician work experience required.
  • Valid FL, IN or PA State Pharmacy Technician license required.
  • National Certification a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skill.
  • Basic math and computer skills including Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet and email.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to learn internal systems, processes and programs as needed.
  • Must reside in the state of Florida, Indiana or Pennsylvania.
  • Home internet through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
