About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning for Evernorth Health Services Mail Order Pharmacy locations
Perform data entry and analyze, monitor, and identify trends for demand and supply planning of drug products
Work within Oracle EBS and use Demantra for demand planning
Assist in maximizing patient service levels and inventory investment
Learn and apply advanced forecasting methods in Demantra, including planner overrides where necessary
Ensure appropriate long-term planning settings for auto-generated purchase orders and optimize inventory levels
Execute day-to-day planning changes as directed by the Planning Manager
Consult business partners and make adjustments within guidelines
Use exception-based data and reports to make manual forward-looking forecast adjustments according to directions and SOPs
Validate data to optimize inventory and service levels, support expected volume, and maximize patient on-time delivery goals
Modify demand and supply parameters in Oracle in partnership with the planning team
Support future Sales and Operations Planning initiatives
Interact with planners, commercial and DoD buyers, purchasing managers, drug file, drug sourcing, and site operations
Develop skills to transition to the Planner, Procure to Pay Advisor role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
2+ years procurement experience
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, following directions or independently as needed
Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, Demantra, and ASCP is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate Excel skills required
APICS certification beneficial, not required
For occasional or permanent home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
