About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and drive product and growth strategies, initiatives, and programs for Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Dental priorities
- Develop and direct product definitions and solution plans to optimize the company’s product portfolio
- Evaluate business opportunities through analysis of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment
- Develop new product value propositions and targeted feature sets
- Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and regulatory issues and recommend new products and improvements
- Drive strategies supporting IFP growth and innovation
- Engage in Monthly Business Review and annual Strategy meeting planning for the IFP Dental business
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Clinical teams
- Design and manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Contribute to market research, regulatory analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Develop presentations, strategic updates, and recommendations for leadership and executive stakeholders
- Champion innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
- Support product definitions and solution plans and contribute to dental product deliverables and assigned projects
- Develop project proposals and business cases and support implementation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, or program leadership, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) market and regulatory landscape
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale program management
- If working at home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
