About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support within the National Ancillary Tools and Capabilities Team
  • Support operational reporting and service processes
  • Support successful delivery of high-value projects
  • Support ongoing business process improvements, centralization, and related team responsibilities
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems
  • Create and maintain Power Queries
  • Transform, cleanse, and validate data
  • Work with large structured and semi-structured datasets
  • Optimize performance and reporting accuracy
  • Use Copilot and AI Builder
  • Develop prompts and AI-assisted workflows
  • Apply AI to process automation and decision support
  • Document departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Provide tactical operations support to assigned groups
  • Develop and maintain controls for reporting and operational responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Eligible former Cigna/Evernorth employee who meets Encore Program requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of National Ancillary programs preferred
  • Motivated, proactive self-starter who takes ownership and is results oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks/projects and perform work under minimal supervision with exceptional outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced formulas including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and array logic
  • Data modeling, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Advanced Power Query, including ETL, data shaping, and automation of data preparation
  • M Code development and optimization, custom transformations, and scalable data logic
  • Power BI or other visualization tools
  • SQL or basic querying languages
  • Process improvement methodology such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • If working from home, internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
