Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and strengthen existing commercial client relationships and ensure satisfaction levels are met
Own client relationships and develop long-term account strategies
Manage client renewals, upsells, expansions, retention targets, and revenue growth opportunities
Direct internal Account Management and extended team activities related to client objectives and escalated service issues
Develop and monitor client-specific strategic plans
Deliver recurring annual and quarterly business reviews
Serve as account strategist for assigned accounts internally and externally
Interface directly with assigned clients and groups quarterly or as needed
Represent Express Scripts through ongoing client communication to maintain and grow relationships
Complete special projects and task forces as assigned

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 14+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience working with consultants
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of financials
Strong project management skills
Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to negotiate, lead others, organize, analyze, and interpret information
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25%
For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
