About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle inbound calls from fertility patients and learn about their medical history and challenges
Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians
Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% customer follow-up
Obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team
Perform data entry and enter prescriptions into the system
Process prescription claims accurately so medications are dispensed accurately
Juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Participate in special projects and perform other duties related to specific contract performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of relevant experience as a technician
Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required
Valid Arizona or Massachusetts pharmacy technician license is required
1+ year(s) of call center experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in both PC/Phone related tasks
Ability to work effectively and foster teamwork
Demonstrated ownership of projects and responsibility for building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
Results-oriented; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet deadlines
Must reside within Arizona, Massachusetts, or Illinois
Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
Availability for Monday–Friday 12:30pm–9:00pm Eastern time and rotating weekend shifts
Availability for Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern time during six weeks of training
