Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement initiatives using best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
Design sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future-state solutions
Document current-state processes
Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities
Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and recommend solutions
Enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Develop and enhance work instructions, job aids, training materials, and process documentation
Collaborate with senior operational leaders and cross-functional partners on high-impact initiatives

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or 8+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and summarizing findings
Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities
Strong business acumen
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace change
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
