About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the national provider sales strategy for home infusion and specialty pharmacy growth across new and emerging markets
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop field and inside sales teams
- Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations
- Build market expansion plans for Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, Oral Oncology, and related service lines
- Own sales forecasting, budgeting, commission planning, and incentive programs
- Analyze market trends, referral activity, competitive dynamics, and business performance to adjust strategy and resource allocation
- Achieve new admissions, net revenue, gross profit, and market-development goals through coordinated sales and operational plans
- Lead the inside sales function to strengthen lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline development
- Partner with Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Clinical, and executive leaders to support implementation and service delivery
- Expand relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, infusion centers, and other referral partners
- Coach sellers in the field, support strategic calls, and represent the organization at educational programs, trade shows, and market events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of experience in home infusion, infusion suites, specialty pharmacy, provider sales, or a closely related healthcare market
- Minimum 10 years of direct sales or sales leadership experience calling on physicians, hospitals, health systems, or provider organizations
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing field and inside sales teams across multiple markets
- Demonstrated ability to build growth strategies, enter new markets, and achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Strong executive communication, presentation, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience developing sales budgets, forecasts, commission plans, and performance-management processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel regularly and spend at least 50% of working time in the field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
- Leadership experience across Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, Oral Oncology, or adjacent specialty markets (preferred)
- Experience expanding provider referral channels across national or multi-regional territories (preferred)
- For home work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
