About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, web, and in person
- Build rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend options from CLV’s portfolio
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours
- Guide future residents through the leasing process from first interaction to move-in
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and property management systems
- Collaborate with Operations and Leasing Coordinators
- Study communities, competitors, and resident trends to develop market intelligence
- Analyze how pricing, positioning, and service influence performance
- Partner with Marketing to keep listings and promotional materials current and aligned with the brand
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide timely insights
- Support leasing performance reporting and data analysis
- Gain exposure to the legal and regulatory framework governing residential leasing in Canada
- Work with the Talent team to explore future career pathways
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate; preference given to graduates in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Human Resources
