Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end fullstack solutions using Python or Python & Java on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering
Strong commercial experience with Python or Python & Java
Practical experience with JavaScript and frontend development using React, Vue.js, or Angular
Solid understanding of fullstack application architecture, frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and distributed systems
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, indexes, views, functions, and triggers
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean code practices
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
AI-first mindset and openness to AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies
Solution-oriented approach considering business requirements, scalability, performance, and maintainability
Experience with CI/CD processes, version control systems, and modern software development practices
Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and willingness to take ownership
Nice to have: banking, fintech, or financial services experience
Nice to have: AWS or other cloud platforms
