Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering
Strong commercial experience with Python
Practical experience with JavaScript and frontend development using React, Vue.js, or Angular
Solid understanding of fullstack application architecture, frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and distributed systems
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, indexes, views, functions, and triggers
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean code practices
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
AI-first mindset and openness to automation and emerging technologies
Experience with CI/CD processes, version control systems, and modern software development practices
Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and willingness to take ownership
EU citizenship question is part of the application process
Nice to have: banking, fintech, or financial services experience; AWS or other cloud platforms; Docker; Linux; TypeScript; microservices; event-driven systems; AI agents; architectural decision-making
