About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and deliver day-to-day client requirements, including service requests, incident resolution, problem management, and minor changes
Work in alignment with ITIL methodology and service level agreements
Resolve complex SAP issues and provide strategic advice to improve SAP-related processes
Own SAP AMS-related activities across different SAP modules
Support The Config Team products and mobile technology
Develop a strong understanding of client and industry business processes
Provide advice to clients
Deliver exceptional SAP application management support and service
Collaborate within an experienced, trusted, and expert SAP AMS team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Functional experience within SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP PP
Good knowledge of processes and best practice principles within specialist SAP area
Demonstrable problem-solving abilities in SAP
Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders in a support environment
Full valid UK driving license
Right to work in the UK
Functional and/or configuration experience within any other SAP module (desired)
Experience using or implementing mobile solutions in SAP ITS or a third-party product with SAP (desired)
Ability to investigate ABAP issues and bugs (desired)
Must currently live in the United Kingdom
Must answer questions regarding UK driving licence, UK residence, right to work, and visa sponsorship
