About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead upload and management of the press hub and partner hubs
- Upload, file and reorganise content in Canto
- Create and manage Canto portals for press, partners and other stakeholders
- QA content to ensure it is live, correct and delivered efficiently
- Manage the video and static content pipeline received from the Mumbai production team
- Set up upload folders on Iconik for production teams
- Ensure overnight uploads are complete, correctly filed and accurately labelled
- Share links promptly with editors and content teams
- Maintain accessible and correctly filed content for rapid editing
- Manage files according to stakeholder approval status
- Archive content that should not go live and prepare approved content for use
- Work with the Digital Campaigns & Relations Manager to deliver syndication plans
- Support talent approvals by sending assets, receiving approval notes and updating files
- Alert stakeholder managers when assets are ready and prompt sharing where needed
- Ensure Canto boards are usable, visually polished and correctly populated
- Monitor Prize-related posts from talent, creators and partners during the Summit
- Capture screenshots and record shared content
- Build and maintain a syndication tracker to measure reach and identify gaps
- Report to the Head of Content and collaborate with UK and Mumbai teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- London-based
- Confident, hands-on experience with Canto, including uploading and organising content and creating and managing portals
- Proven experience in digital asset management, DIT or content operations, ideally supporting fast-paced content teams
- Experience using cloud storage and media asset management platforms such as Iconik
- Experience supporting syndication or amplification of content through talent, creators, partners or press
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with robust systems for file management, labelling and version control
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring assets are accurately labelled, approved and QA'd before going live
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong communication skills and ability to anticipate team needs
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, live-event environment
- Experience working with distributed teams across timezones highly desirable
- Experience supporting content around major live events, awards or global campaigns highly desirable
- Availability to work from 2 to 20 November 2026, including 14 and 15 November
- Availability to work from the Whitechapel office, including 16 and 17 November
