About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Analyse and optimise space utilisation to foster collaboration and productivity among users
- Design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetic direction for coworking spaces
- Research and source furniture, fixtures, and materials aligned with design concepts and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design integrity and execution
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in coworking space design
- Participate in all aspects of design and build projects, from initial layout design and interior design decisions through project management and delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on restaurants, hotels and commercial hospitality spaces or coworking environments
- Strong drawing skills with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of sourcing materials and furnishings is a plus
- Excellent communication, business acumen and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
- Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
- Personable with strong verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin is a plus
