About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple locations
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to clarify workforce needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Develop inventive sourcing strategies and sustainable talent pipelines for manufacturing needs
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment and provide hiring recommendations
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviewing, selection, offers, and follow-up
  • Communicate clearly and promptly to create positive candidate and hiring-team experiences
  • Participate in job fairs, workforce development programs, school outreach, and local partnerships
  • Maintain accurate ATS records
  • Provide recruiting insights using time-to-fill, requisition aging, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire, retention, and candidate-experience data
  • Support equitable, compliant hiring practices and continuous improvement
  • Influence workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Travel periodically for hiring events, career fairs, and business meetings
  • Report directly to the HRBP and serve as a key partner to business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • At least 5-7 years of high-volume recruiting experience, including success in manufacturing, distribution, operations, warehouse, skilled trades, customer service, or professional hiring
  • Experience managing 30 or more concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, selection, offer, and follow-up
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • Ability to travel periodically for hiring events, career fairs, and business meetings
  • Ability to use data and insights to improve recruiting outcomes and guide decision-making
  • Ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and community partners
  • Ability to manage 30 or more open requisitions while maintaining quality and candidate experience
