About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as senior architectural and strategic lead on client projects from discovery through go-live
- Lead business process design, solution architecture, and integration design with Technical Architects
- Drive client discovery, construct proposals, present recommendations, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Develop deep understanding of each client’s business and maintain trusted-advisor status
- Contribute to scoping, estimation, and proposal development with sales and leadership
- Develop and refine delivery processes, standards, and architectural best practices
- Mentor and guide consultants and junior architects
- Own the full project arc from discovery and solution design through delivery
- Contribute to internal process and delivery-standard improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with demonstrated expertise in solution architecture
- Strong client presence and ability to lead discovery, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions including integrations, data architecture, and process strategy
- Salesforce certifications required
- Architect track certifications strongly preferred
- Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), building products, or manufacturing industries is a significant plus
- Comfortable working in a boutique consulting environment and owning engagements
- Collaborative, curious, and invested in team and company growth
