About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the equipment service business for customers in the Orlando, FL area
  • Obtain expert knowledge through training on coffee brewers and equipment
  • Provide customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Perform proactive maintenance, installations, equipment removals, asset management, and emergency service
  • Manage equipment inventories, perform scheduled warehouse inventory checks, and order parts as needed
  • Document procedures, electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues, and related activities
  • Drive and maintain a company vehicle equipped with parts and shelving

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Resides within 30-40 miles of Orlando, Florida
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and drive frequently
  • Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month on a rotating 4-week schedule
  • Ability to travel for maintenance coverage in other parts of Florida as needed, potentially monthly
  • Entry-level plumbing and electrical experience
