About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and validate daily EDI and manual orders for pricing, constraints, and sourcing accuracy
Provide daily tactical support to customers, Sales, and broker partners to drive issue resolution and day-to-day execution
Partner with supply chain teams to improve product availability, fill rate, on-time delivery, and order accuracy
Monitor customer scorecards and KPIs, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions
Use data and cross-functional collaboration to improve service, cost, and productivity
Monitor carrier and warehouse provider performance against customer and Smucker service goals
Support Customer Financial Services
Use approved reporting, automation, and AI tools responsibly; validate outputs and protect confidential information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of related business experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful prioritization to focus on key value-added activities
Strong leadership skills, including interpersonal capabilities and the ability to engage and influence
Problem-solving and analytical expertise in managing complex business situations and achieving objectives
CPG industry experience
Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Tableau
