About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the patient engagement product area for Medsender’s AI-native healthcare product
Build relationships with practice staff and leaders and observe workflows
Identify opportunities for AI agents to automate work while defining when humans remain in the loop
Set product direction and prioritize problems through discovery, delivery, adoption, and measurable results
Improve the existing MVP toward a best-in-class product through prototyping and customer testing
Define agent job completion and partner with engineering to build trusted agents
Wireframe and prototype products and use AI coding tools to investigate behavior, query data, and create testable experiences
Track work completed, time returned to staff, patient follow-through, and adoption
Iterate on releases based on performance data
Report to Max Headley, VP of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independently owned a B2B SaaS product area and delivered results
Experience with products where the buyer and daily user are different people
Demonstrated customer discovery skill influencing product decisions
Experience taking a product past its first release and improving it over repeated cycles
Daily use of AI coding tools is required, such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
Technical fluency to reason about system behavior and dependencies
Ability to query own data and evaluate coding-agent output
Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
Healthcare, patient engagement, or workflow automation experience is nice to have
Experience serving both business customers and their patients or end users is nice to have
Experience building and evaluating AI agents in real workflows is nice to have
Early-stage experience taking a first product into a mature one is nice to have
