Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to testing activities across projects, enhancements and production releases
Assist with creating test approaches, test plans and automation solutions
Execute functional, integration and end-to-end testing across multiple applications
Identify, investigate and track defects through resolution
Build and maintain automated tests using C# and MSTest
Validate application data and database integrity using SQL Server
Support release validation, deployment verification and production readiness activities
Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product teams to improve software quality
Contribute to continuous improvement across testing, automation and delivery processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience testing enterprise applications or complex business systems
Strong SQL Server and data validation skills
Experience developing automated tests using C# and MSTest or similar frameworks
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitLab, TeamCity or Octopus Deploy
Understanding of Agile delivery practices and software testing methodologies
Ability to analyse issues, troubleshoot defects and collaboratively resolve problems
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, improve and take ownership of testing outcomes
ISTQB Software Testing – Foundation Level certification
