About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and advise Listings Officers on complex operational matters
  • Support Listings Managers in overseeing caseloads
  • Ensure the accuracy of adjudication-event scheduling
  • Provide management reports to assess performance and ensure targets are met
  • Help cases progress to hearings in a timely manner
  • Engage positively with departmental teams and stakeholders
  • Deliver a person-centred service
  • Contribute over time to wider improvement work across Adjudication Operations
  • Facilitate adjudication events and support their fair and timely conclusion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work 18 hours during Monday to Wednesday
  • Ability to attend one of the employer’s offices twice per week under the hybrid working policy
  • Experience supervising a team or supporting others
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritise conflicting matters
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to provide data and statistical information
  • Ability to work with sensitive and distressing fitness-to-practice case material
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks
  • Possible future requirement for DBS and further vetting checks
