About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee CancerBridge clinical operations, education, and communications with consumers
- Enhance end-user cancer prevention education and adoption
- Coordinate the needs of current and new customers
- Coordinate quality assurance for all consumer contacts
- Develop clinical technology advancements, pilot projects, and innovative and strategic clinical services
- Drive strategy for clinical needs related to CancerBridge
- Coordinate clinical logistics, including potentially expanding hours of operation
- Help facilitate bridge-to-care coordination as needed
- Work shifts may vary, including evenings or weekends
- Occasionally move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequently walk and sit in a normal position
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s level degree
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing required
- Current license as an RN in the state of Ohio
- Five years of relevant clinical experience required
- Oncology nursing experience and certification required
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication
- Ability to facilitate outcomes through others
- Problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check
- A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
