About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to day-to-day clinical operations of the Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging Division
- Provide high-quality patient care related to the Abdominal & Pelvic imaging service
- Contribute to clinical and imaging operations
- Conduct and provide clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership to develop and refine medical student, resident, and fellow training opportunities
- Mentor and sponsor residents, fellows, and faculty
- Support clinical and translational research activities and innovation
- Serve as PI or Co-I in grants and/or clinical trials when applicable
- Serve on Department, OSUCOM, or OSUWMC committees as appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- M.D., D.O., or Ph.D. in imaging and/or imaging-related fields
- Board eligible or board certified in Radiology (ABR, ABOR)
- Completion of Subspecialty fellowship in Abdominal & Pelvic imaging by time of appointment
- Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio
- Must support and embrace the diverse and inclusive culture of College of Medicine, the Medical Center, and the University
- Successful completion of a background check required for final candidates
- A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process
