About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and oversee administrative functions of clinical operations for the Department of Radiology
- Manage and facilitate scheduling improvement projects
- Conduct radiologist scheduling duties for clinical areas, including outpatient sites
- Function as liaison between Department leadership, central scheduling, IHIS, cadence team, QGenda, and division access leadership
- Create and modify physician templates and/or schedules for 200+ Radiology providers, trainees, and external contracted physicians
- Ensure required and appropriate levels of provider coverage for immediate needs and long-range planning
- Maintain accurate provider schedules for clinic time and/or call
- Ensure schedules are entered correctly in applicable scheduling systems
- Lead division schedule changes
- Maintain appropriate block schedules
- Complete project work assigned by the Associate Administrator
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check
- A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process
