About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, scope, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk matrices, cost controls, and communication plans.
  • Manage project-related risks, resources, procurement, integrations, and communications.
  • Coordinate alignment among business, infrastructure, support, security, and other teams involved.
  • Partner with the project managers of consulting firms responsible for solution development.
  • Oversee the engagement of consulting firms and ensure delivery of the documents required under the project management methodology.
  • Plan and monitor integrated testing, test evidence, and the resolution of identified defects.
  • Coordinate training plans for key users and support teams.
  • Oversee production environment preparation, go-live, and hypercare operations.
  • Participate in project portfolio review meetings.
  • Manage up to four projects simultaneously, including one high-complexity project and others of medium or low complexity.
  • Use the project management tools and methodologies adopted by the client, ensuring information is kept up to date and project progress is tracked.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing international and highly complex projects.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Experience planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, risk, integration, procurement, and communications management.
  • Experience with JIRA and project tracking and PMO platforms.
  • Leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with occasional on-site requirements.
  • Experience or knowledge of projects involving Non-ERP systems.
  • Experience implementing SAP and migrating to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience or knowledge in Cyber Security.
  • Knowledge of or experience with technology projects, preferably involving Non-ERP systems and SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
  • Preferred: previous experience with SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Preferred: experience working in global corporate environments.
  • Preferred: experience with information security and Cyber Security projects.
  • Preferred: knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Preferred: experience with PMO methodologies, processes, and tools.
