About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines and high-net-worth clients
- Provide client service for policy changes, billing questions, coverage inquiries, and problem-solving
- Perform annual renewal and account reviews
- Identify coverage gaps and enhancement opportunities
- Educate clients on policy features, endorsements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage policy changes, coverage questions, and day-to-day client service needs
- Partner with carriers, brokers, and MGAs to place new and hard-to-place risks
- Support Advisors with proposals, prospect opportunities, and client presentations as needed
- Build and grow long-term client relationships
- Help clients navigate complex personal insurance decisions
- Collaborate with Private Client Advisors and internal partners
- Ensure insurance programs evolve with clients’ changing needs and risk exposures
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 10 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
- 5 years serving affluent and/or high-net-worth households
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Experience advising affluent individuals and families on personal insurance programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex coverage clearly
- Proven personal lines account management experience
- Knowledge of carrier products and policy language
- Ability to manage multiple client requests with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with agency management systems, preferably AMS360
- Proficiency with carrier platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-sufficient, collaborative work style
- Experience with high-net-worth carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, and similar markets
- Experience meeting with clients and conducting comprehensive account reviews
- Track record of doing what’s best for the client
- Confidence recommending coverage enhancements and addressing insurance program gaps
- Experience supporting Advisors with prospect proposals and presentations
- Advanced insurance designations such as CPRM, ARM, CIC, AAI, or CPCU are a plus
