About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients and ensure individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
  • Maintain a small caseload with 28 billable hours per week
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services
  • Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions
  • Facilitate group caregiver training
  • Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans
  • Review and update treatment plans based on assessment data and client progress
  • Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship
  • Conduct regular supervision and mentor meetings
  • Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to enhance clinical skills and implementation quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A dedicated and compassionate BCBA with clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy
  • Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain clear documentation, and work in a dynamic clinical setting
  • Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and support team success
  • Must hold a master’s degree in ABA
  • Must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois
