About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate the software engineering team
  • Support the entire development process from the concept phase through go-live
  • Collect, evaluate, and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders
  • Take company goals and user needs into account
  • Develop a platform vision together with management
  • Derive the product strategy and roadmap
  • Act as a sparring partner for business and technical questions across different teams
  • Perform classic Scrum Product Owner responsibilities, including backlog maintenance and the development of user stories

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university degree, ideally in Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g., as a Product Owner in e-commerce or in software development
  • Experience managing IT projects
  • Very good knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Very good knowledge of Confluence and Jira
  • Holistic product perspective, balancing customer, market, and technology considerations
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent, creative, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Ability to lead teams functionally
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines
