About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the holistic end-to-end planning of a MORE product category across demand, supply, inventory, availability, and innovation
- Serve as a planning partner for Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain, translating business priorities into planning decisions
- Manage the balance between demand and supply and coordinate production requirements with internal manufacturing and external production partners
- Plan product launches, portfolio changes, and end-of-life management
- Identify inventory, availability, and planning risks at an early stage and drive appropriate actions
- Represent the category in cross-functional planning and S&OP processes
- Continuously improve planning through data, automation, and AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a comparable field
- Experience in Demand Planning or a comparable analytical role within a Supply Chain environment, ideally in Sports Nutrition or CPG
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions
- Proactive and accountable working style, with the ability to solve complex planning challenges in a dynamic environment
