About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and optimize packaging solutions at The Quality Group sites and at co-packers, focusing on primary packaging such as films, cans, and bottles
- Work closely with suppliers to implement technical and sustainable packaging concepts
- Review, coordinate, and approve packaging specifications
- Conduct production, filling, and transport tests to qualify new packaging
- Support production-related analyses and identify optimization projects
- Serve as the central point of contact between Production, Procurement, Planning, Quality Management, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as a packaging technologist, packaging technician, or a degree in packaging technology
- Initial practical experience in a technical environment or in production
- Basic knowledge of maintaining packaging master data
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Confident and persuasive manner
- Enjoyment of practical, hands-on work
