About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop the external planning team and the order fulfillment team
Prioritize work, balance workloads, and build team capabilities
Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure the availability and delivery performance of externally manufactured and traded goods across all brands
Plan and manage key supplier operations and translate demand into supply, capacity, and replenishment requirements
Manage the end-to-end SAP process from purchase order to invoice
Establish proactive capacity planning with external manufacturers and take responsibility for supplier availability, lead times, and risk management
Support supplier selection and manage the onboarding and ramp-up of innovations together with Strategic Procurement
Serve as the operational point of contact for Strategic Procurement; coordinate commercial matters and escalations
Ensure implementation in accordance with contractually agreed terms
Define and monitor KPIs and standardize processes with Global Process Owners (GPOs), the Transformation Team, and the Master Data Lead
Take responsibility for SAP process quality and master data management in external procurement
Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or external manufacturing
Strong SAP knowledge (MM, Order-to-Invoice); SAP APO/IBP is a plus
Proven track record in supplier and capacity management, as well as Order-to-Invoice processes
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Confident communication skills in German and fluent English; strong German language skills are required
Experience in FMCG, food, nutrition, or dietary supplements
Experience managing co-manufacturing networks
Experience in transformation or process governance (S&OP/IBP, GPO operating models)
