Key responsibilities & impact

Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Conduct intermediate negotiation processes
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Display and market real property to potential buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork
Maintain and update property listings and inquiries
Cooperate with the team, clients, developers, and network consultants as needed
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Participate in an initial Human Resources interview and, if selected, a second-round interview with the Company Director

What you’ll need

Candidates residing in Ahmedabad
Basic knowledge of computer
Fluency in English
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Proven working/sales experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive
Well-versed on the geographical aspects of Ahmedabad
Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adaptability to use real estate software
Deep understanding of local real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
