  • Edit original content and full-length TV episodes into viral-ready videos for YouTube and social platforms, optimizing pacing, hooks, and storytelling
  • Analyze retention, AVD, CTR, and other platform metrics to adapt editing and improve audience engagement
  • Support file organization, media management, and timely deliveries
  • Transform traditional TV content for the digital world
  • Learn and use Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, After Effects, and a Media Asset Management platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere
  • Interest in how to turn legacy content into modern day internet gold
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Comfortable with rapid changes and able to pivot quickly; a true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Committed to personal and team development, always looking to push the boundaries of what's possible in video content creation
  • Positive energy and a strong willingness to learn in an in-person, collaborative setting
  • Flexible 2-3 month internship
  • A proper cover letter is required; applications without one will be deleted
  • A portfolio with prior works is a bonus
